If you are a first-time customer and purchased The Magic Balm within the last 14 days, you may request a refund or exchange if you’re not fully satisfied. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can guide you through our quick, hassle-free return process and issue a return authorization.

A few friendly reminders:

Unless warranted by unique or compelling reasons...

  • Only unused, undamaged Magic Balm products are eligible for return.

  • Please pack your items securely to ensure safe arrival.

  • Only The Magic Balm products purchased directly from our official site can be returned; we can’t process returns of items bought elsewhere or unrelated products.

  • We can only issue refunds for items returned through our authorized process.

  • Returns of used or damaged items, or items not properly authorized, cannot be accepted.

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve it promptly.

  • We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items
