Shipping Locations

We proudly ship The Magic Balm to all 50 states within the United States.

Customers in Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer delivery times.

At this time, international shipping is not available—but we’re working toward global expansion. Follow us on social media to suggest new locations and keep up with any updates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Any order placed after 9 AM EST (12 PM PST) begins processing on the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days after processing.Please note any delays are due to our shipping partners and are beyond our direct control.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Retail Availability

At present, The Magic Balm is only available online—not in retail stores or cafes.
